Kelly Kite, Jr.
Kelly P. Kite, Jr. is the Managing Director of Kite properties, LLC, a hospitality investment and development company based in Vero Beach. He oversees all aspects related to investor services, corporate structuring, site research, development and financing. Kelly is the fourth generation of the Kite legacy to contribute to the growth of the family business, which is known today as Kite Properties, LLC. He has a track record of accomplishments in real estate sales, acquisition, and development, as well as investment structuring and feasibility analysis. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Along with being an avid outdoorsman, Kelly is a frequent volunteer with the Indian River Chapter of Habitat for Humanity and a Director of the Indian River Land Trust.
